Through a seat and a carpet, Baptiste explores the way we interact with objects and how they answer to us. This project enlarges the value of what a simple cut can offer. As foam is a forgiving material; its elasticity allows it to be flex and warp within its physical constraints.
According to the patterns created by different cutting alignments, the foam changes from an architectural state to an organic shape, reveling the inside body of the material.
